About Radixivity
Two Friend's.
One Standard.
Radixivity started as a two-person effort to build Android software the right way — clean architecture, real performance budgets, and code meant to be maintained for years, not just demoed once.
Our Story
Md. Mustakim and Jubayer Rahman co-founded Radixivity around a shared belief: small teams can out-engineer larger ones when they're disciplined about fundamentals. No layers of process between an idea and shipped code — just two engineers who own every line.
Our first product, Englo, put that belief to the test. It's an English learning app built for Bangladeshi students, designed to stay usable on patchy connections, and we built it with the same rigor we'd bring to any client engagement: clean architecture from the first commit, a real backend instead of a mocked one, and attention to the constraints our actual users live with — inconsistent connectivity, mid-range devices, and a need for software that just works.
That's the standard we bring to every engagement. Whether it's our own product or yours, the code is written to be read, maintained, and extended — not just to pass a demo.
Mission
Build secure, modern and high-quality Android applications that solve real-world problems.
Vision
Become a globally recognized Android software company known for engineering excellence and innovation.
Core Values
Principles we don't compromise on.
Engineering Excellence
Code held to the same bar whether anyone's reviewing it or not.
Performance
Fast on the mid-range devices our actual users carry, not just flagship test phones.
Security
Hardened by default — no cleartext traffic, no unnecessary permissions, no shortcuts.
Clean Architecture
Structured so the next engineer — including future us — can understand it in minutes.
User Experience
Every screen justified by what it does for the person using it, not what it demos well.
Continuous Learning
Every project ships with things we do differently on the next one.
Professionalism
Clear communication, honest timelines, no overpromising.
Integrity
We say what we can build, and what we can't — before the contract, not after.
