Radixivity doesn't have open roles right now — we're honest about that rather than posting listings that don't lead anywhere. But the team was two people because that's who was building; it stays that size only until the work genuinely needs more hands.
If you're strong in Android development with Java, PHP/MySQL backend engineering, or you've shipped something offline-first on a real budget of time and hosting constraints, we'd rather know you exist now than start a search from zero later.
What we look for
Code you can explain months later, not just code that runs today. Judgment about trade-offs, not just familiarity with APIs.
How we work
Small team, direct communication, real ownership of what you build — no layers of process for its own sake.
