Scope

This policy covers radixivity.com, Radixivity's corporate website. It does not cover the Englo mobile app, which has its own privacy policy published at radixivity.com/englo/privacy-policy.html, reflecting the different data this site collects.

What we collect

The only personal information this website collects is what you submit through the contact form: your name, email address, subject, and message. We also store a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address, used solely to rate-limit form submissions and prevent abuse — we cannot reverse this hash back into your original IP address.

We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising scripts on this website, and we do not set any cookies.

How we use it

Contact form submissions are used only to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties, and we do not use it for marketing without your explicit request.

Where it's stored

Submissions are stored in a MySQL database on our hosting provider (Namecheap Stellar Plus) and are also delivered as an email notification to our inbox. Access is restricted to Radixivity's founders.

Data retention

We retain contact form submissions for as long as needed to address your inquiry and maintain a reasonable record of correspondence. You can request deletion at any time — see Your Rights below.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you've submitted through this site by emailing Radixivity.official@gmail.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
